I couldn’t find my electronic version and Brooke so kindly, and thoughtfully, resent it. I knew though, from experience, that any book in the Skinny series was going to have mouthwatering, flavourful recipes, as that is Nicolene's signature style! The favourites on the list are the Hainanese Chicken Rice which I am addicted to (my traditional method uses rendered chicken fat) so a skinny version is essential!
