I can’t rate this high enough. I absolutely love the book and the recipes in it. My favourite sauce so far is the stock pork ribs. Absolutely divine!! All the recipes I’ve tried so far have all been fantastic.

Just received all six books - so many recipes - where to start? Have decided to do a "Cook the Book" week for each one. So far have completed a week on Book 4 and every recipe was a hit!

I just love these books. I feel inspired to cook again! The recipes are very obviously tested and tested and tested again. We have various intolerances in the house and the swaps are always spot on. Very happy customer, these books are worth every cent.
