Recipes are amazing however construction of the books is not great the pages are starting to get very loose already have had pages fall out from one book already

I can’t rate this high enough. I absolutely love the book and the recipes in it. My favourite sauce so far is the stock pork ribs. Absolutely divine!! All the recipes I’ve tried so far have all been fantastic.
