Great book

I have only made 2 of the dinners at this stage, Dijon Mustard chicken (2 times) and Lazy chicken lasagna which I intend making again this weekend. I'm more than happy with the book, the presentation and the recipes are next level amazing

I love this recipe book, I’ve probably cooked more from it than any of the others. It’s great that it’s only Dinners as it feels like it balances the books out nicely.

Since getting the book I have used my themomix more and make some delicious meals

Absolutely loving cooking from Dinners 4! Reviews from family have been positive with only a couple of "misses" from the fussy daughter, but even she is surprising us with what she is enjoying (which we weren't expecting). Not sure if I will cook everything as there are already requests for repeats of recipes tried. Thank you for a fantastic new edition!

Thanks Nik for another excellent book! The Vietnamese Chicken Pho, Lazy Chicken Lasagna are fantastic and I find all the recipes I try work well when made dairy free.

This cookbook is the bomb! Every recipe is delicious and not difficult to cook. It’s a winner with everyone in the family - even the fussy child!

This book makes dinner time so easy. I just open it to a page and start cooking. The fusspots (kids) haven't complained about one meal!
