The best!

I have tried most recipes from this book and absolutely love them all! Thank goodness for skinnymixers because they're the majority of meals I cook for my family. Kids love it, hubby loves it and I feel like a masterchef every time I put food on the table for them. Thanks again Nik! Your a genius! :relaxed:

A little taste of yummy!

So far I have made 3 dishes from the book, sticky Szechuan pork, Malaysian satay, and Thai basil rice. I loved all 3, and hubby said the satay sauce was the best thing he's ever eaten. What's amazing for me, is I don't even like Asian food! So review readers, do yourself a favour and cook with Niks flavour...don't delay, do it today!

Taste sensation

Easy and tasty recipes that everyone can try. Larger batches of base pastes so you can freeze for even quicker meals midweek. These recipes will convert any thermo skeptic and are easily the tastiest thermomix recipes I've had, and to be honest, some of the tastiest meals I've had anywhere! The sticky Szechuan Pork is straight from heaven and even typing it's name makes my mouth water.

My favourite cookbook hands down

So far I have made the laksa, beef Rendang, green chicken curry and chicken Satay and I cannot fault these Thermomix recipes. Not only are they easy I cannot believe how authentic each recipe is. I am actually shocked I can create this level of taste at home. So much better than my favourite Asian restaurants - we no longer eat out as I can create a much better dish at home. Thanks so much Nik! You are a genius xxx
