Wow what amazing books. I've been wanting to buy the dinners books so when the new dinners 3 book came out I knew I had to get the set. What a great selection of recipes, I've cooked meals out of each book and they all taste amazing, this is making meal times a lot more fun and the variety is great. Love the flavours, thanks nik for all the great food my family's eating

The Dinners Series is really turning out to have some of the best family recipes and tasty meals and Dinners 3 is no exception, with even more fabulous recipes. I have totally enjoyed every meal I tested in this book and can't wait to try more.

I'm loving the time spent with my little skinnymixer who has been enjoying helping me cook and trying these new recipes it has made cooking dinner interesting again..
There has been a couple of recipes I wasn't sure of but cooked anyway and they have turned out to be a few of my favourites in this book..

With over 40 recipes you’ll find delicious meals for weeks that you’ll want to put on repeat. All recipes include the benefit of dietary needs and variations if required so nobody misses out. Even if you don’t have a thermo cooker and have FOMO, Skinnymixers have got you covered with conventional cooking methods included with the book. I’ve found this book to be budget friendly with so many meals made in under 30 minutes. I cannot recommend enough!

As a busy working mum, I’m always on the lookout for quick, budget-friendly meals that don’t compromise on taste—Dinners 3 absolutely delivers! My favourite recipes so far include Bang Bang Chicken, BBQ Pulled Pork, Roast Chicken Rissoles, Pad See Ew, and Lemongrass Chicken, but honestly, every dish I’ve tried has been a winner. All the Books are amazing but Nik and the team are outdoing themselves with each one. This one is amazing and in my opinion the best one.

I have my first recipe in the oven: Porcupine Meatball Bake. It’s full of veggies and is smelling gooood. Reading through other recipes and I’m glad I have ingredients already in my kitchen and pantry !! I’m most looking forward to making the French Onion Soup mix and all that can be done with it!! Thanks so muck Nik and Skinny Crew for all your hard work testing and developing these fresh tasty and healthy recipes for us and our families to enjoy!!!!
